Important information on withdrawal and return

The 14-day right of withdrawal is valid ONLY for consumers* (natural persons) when ordering goods on evelatus.lv!;

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason;

The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party you have appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods;

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Evelatus administration by filling in the form below;

The goods must be handed over without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the Omniva consignment card, at any Omniva outlet. “Evelatus may note visual damage and contents upon receipt of the goods. If any discrepancies are found, you will be informed and receive a copy of the record of the finding.

After receiving your application, we will send an Omniva address card (sticker) to the email address you provide.
