General conditions of the guarantee

Please note that the warranty period is limited to accessories (e.g. accessories such as keys, connecting cables), power supplies (e.g. batteries, accumulators), etc.

Personal data must not be present in the equipment, therefore, we ask the buyer to take care in good time to save the data in the devices to be transferred (in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), failing which the service staff will perform a full erasure of the data.

The manufacturer's warranty shall not apply to damage caused by the fault of the purchaser or the user, which shall be:

    The warranty seals or serial numbers are defective;

  • tick

    The product has not been used for its intended purpose or in accordance with the instructions for use;

  • tick

    There is damage caused by natural disasters (such as lightning, fire or floods);

  • tick

    Scratched or broken parts, cracked screen, water damage, improper care, foreign objects or insect infestation, or other signs of misuse;

  • tick

    Damage caused by inadequate voltage, telecommunications or cabling networks, rapid temperature fluctuations or other external factors such as soot, smoke, dust, moisture, shock or scratches;

  • tick

    If the product shows signs of unqualified repair;

  • If the product uses non-manufacturer-certified power supplies, accessories, spare parts or consumables (e.g. cartridges, toners, etc.) that have caused damage to the product;

  • If the product has been used for industrial or professional purposes, even though it is not intended for such use;

  • Unlicensed or inappropriate software (for computers or mobile phones) was used;

  • There is damage caused by natural disasters (such as lightning, fire or floods);

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper transport;

  • You can also return the product to any Evelatus store, but the repair time will be 5-10 days longer.
