Warranty conditions

The manufacturer’s warranty period varies – some products are guaranteed for up to 36 months.For information on the manufacturer’s warranty period for a specific product, please refer to the product description or ask your Evelatus customer advisor. In cases where the manufacturer has given a warranty period of less than two years for a product, the consumer has the right to bring an action for breach of contract within two years from the date of purchase.

The duration of the guarantee for repairs is 7-30 days, but this may be extended if it is necessary to wait for a part from the manufacturer.If the time limit is exceeded, this will be individually agreed.
