Evelatus Ltd. informs that during the period until 17.07.2023. iLike ITC01WH charging adapter, EAN, manufacturer: EVELATUS was sold. On the basis of the European Union’s Rapid Alert System Safety Gate (Rapex) report No A12/01386/23, the product is being recalled and its sale on the Evelatus network is being suspended.
Reason for recall: non-compliance with safety requirements. The device is not resistant to high temperatures and its casing may deform, leaving live parts exposed. The user may touch these live parts and receive an electric shock.
Action by the buyer when bringing the product:
- Please hand in the above-mentioned goods at an Evelatus outlet, taking with you the purchase receipt.
- In exchange, the value of the item will be refunded as stated on the purchase receipt or the item may be exchanged for any other item of the same value.
